World Cup – USA vs Ghana LIVE … 20 Minutes behind on DVR

We’re starting a few minutes behind today, but should be caught up in a hurry. Alright… no spoilers people.

LIVE coverage begins here:

4th minute: Dempsey drives at the goalie. Scores… no wait. He didn’t. I’m not used to goalies making saves.

5th minute: GOALLLLLL Ghana. Eff me. It had to be Prince. The dude that broke the leg of stupid Ballack. Oh well… Alright.

6th: Yellow Card, Ricardo Clarke. We have to have someone better than him. Anywhere. I mean, he stinks.

8th minute: TV’s messed up. Hmm…. Thats not good. I’ll be back on… yeah.. really… TV issues. So how was your day? Phillies Blue Jays tonight. Cole vs Marcum. Cole is great on the road. He’s been good the last couple months.

15th: I’m back on. still tied. Sheeewww.

31st minute: US looks overmatched. Ghana should lose because of their uniforms.

34th minute: US just had a shot. Should have been put in the net. Ghana’s keeper did a nice job of cutting off the angles.

SKIPPED LAST 7 MINUTES OF HALF

WE ARE LIVE!

48th minute: Tied. Awesome.

54th Minute: The US is pressing Ghana on offense now. Donovan and Dempsey are pushing on the corners. Donovan has been more in the middle, as of late.

63rd: GOAL on PK. I’m not feeling well…. this isn’t fun. Oh yeah. Donovan with PK. Dempsey fouled by some dude in box. Clear penalty.

71st minute: Still USA outplaying Ghana. If this goes into overtime, then this is a US win. I don’t think Ghana is fit enough to go 120 minutes.

77th minute: Just a matter of time. Ghana looks really tired. Unless Ghana gets a dive penalty kick, they will not score.

83rd Minute: Jozy Altidore missed one a few minutes back. I really don’t know why he cannot score. He has no confidence right now. Ghana still on their heels.

85th minute: Ghana guy gets a cleat to chest. He goes down hard. I’ll give him that it may have actually hurt. No reason to stay down. Get up, bum.

91st minute: Altidore goes down. Looked like a dive. Embarrassing. Ayew is out next game.

FULL TIME. Going into overtime. Two 15 minute halves. NOT sudden death. Still tied after 120 minutes, then Penalties.

OT – Gomez in, Altidore out. Jozy can’t score, so its a nice thing to see someone else in there.

93rd minute: Ghana goal. That’s embarrassing. US had a chance to clear it. They failed.

96th minute: Corner US. Ayew is down> He is pretending to be hurt. Expect more of this for the next 15 minutes. All sorts of laying on the ground.

1ooth minute. This was much more fun when tied.

105th minute: I dunno. Doesn’t look good. About to hit halfway of overtime. US needs to bring people up.

107: More diving. Ew. US have a free kick outside of the box. They should score here.

110th minute: Why is that not a card? He did a bicycle kick and landed awkwardly. Should be time wasting. Awful. Embarrassing. I love how this team gets all diving when they start winning.
