Imagine being in a crowd of people 200,000+ strong, and feeling completely safe. Not only do you feel safe, but people are helpful, happy, and holding up hilarious signs everywhere you look. There are people as far as the eye can see, and everyone is awesome.

This was the scene Saturday in Washington D.C. at Jon Stewart’s Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear which drew an enormous crowd and was such an incredible experience to attend.

We don’t normally talk politics here on MLD, and this is no exception. Over the past few days it’s been impossible not to be exposed to campaign ads for tomorrow’s midterm election, and it’s pretty clear that attack ads are the only ads out there at this point.
