Monday Night Raw Warm Up for November 21st, 2011

C.M. Punk defeated Alberto Del Rio at last night's Survivor Series and returns to Monday Night Raw as the new WWE Champion.

Last night Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson made his in ring return at WWE’s twenty-fifth annual Survivor Series pay-per-view. Despite the hype around the Rock’s return, we declined to watch the show live and instead read all the results over at sescoops.com. James Asmus’ first issue of Generation Hope taking over for Kieron Gillen (who gave fans permission to buy the book since he didn’t have any of his own on the shelf this week) manages to strike a nice balance familiarizing readers with the principal characters and their mission, bringing new characters into the mix, and launching the team into their first adventure following Schism. Ibraim Roberson also enters as the book’s regular artist and all told the Regenesis rebranding has been very good to this title.

Spoilers for Generation Hope #13 will follow.
